The house looked just as advertised. They were friendly and worked quickly.However the home I was looking at was a 2 bedroom, and I told them it would be my 3 chikdren and self before ever looking at the home, and doing the application. I was told they didnt see any reason why that would be a problem. Originally they said I was denied due to income ratio. Well I eradicated that pretty quickly. And proved I made more than 3xs the rent.Then they told me I was denied because it would be 4 people in a 2 bedroom home.While they were very polite and did refund my app fee to me. It was very frustrating to be denied after I has previously told them it would be my three kids and self.But I get it and respect their decision. As I understand the owner could have over rode their decision.No hard feelings and I will possibly try renting from them again.

Mayco has been great to me for the year and a half Ive lived in their property. Theyre patient, accommodating and resourceful. Whenever i needed maintenance assistance they were always there an always swift to reply. From my experience I would recommend others to apply to their properties. Im giving it 4 stars bc nothing is perfect. However, Mayco is pretty great.
