Erika Maya took such good care of me when I needed to sell my property after a nasty divorce. I had no clue what the property was worth and valued it quite low. She did comps and explained that I could get so much more than what I was thinking. She listed my property and I felt like I was her only client the entire process. She was encouraging and truly became my cheerleader! She was out of the country the week we were preparing to close on the property and still answered my daily texts and sold the property for two times what I had began asking for it! She loves her job and is so amazing at what she does. If I could give her ten stars, I would!!! Thank you so much Erika!!!!
