It is Matts innovative approach to his craft that sets him apart from the myriad of brokers up and down the creek. I had my choice of several friends and associates to handle my search and purchase. He would tell us any relevant background about each property we visited, as well as providing tips to help us recognize potential problems, such as expensive maintenance, poorly managed HOAs, and unsafe neighborhoods.
