Matt, is AMAZING! We had a great experience working with him. He didnt put any sort of pressure on us during the process of looking for our home. He respected our budget, our wants and gave great advice along the way.The whole step of the way we knew he was on our side, looking out for our family. Matt, is more than just a realtor, as a guy who has remodeled and does remodel many homes, he knows what to look for and which questions to ask. He can see a diamond in the rough but he can also find you a diamond!We closed on our house (a diamond in the rough) and Matt purchased a home warranty for us as a gift. Since then he has also been over to the house several times to help and give us advice on our remodeling projects. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND, everytime! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Matt was a fantastic guide to both the home buying process and Fort Worth. I was not familiar with the area prior to relocating but Matt went above and beyond to give me a tour of the city to ensure I felt confident that we were looking in neighborhoods that we would enjoy and meet our commuting needs. He was always responsive and viewed homes we were interested in promptly so we had as much feedback as possible while shopping in a competitive market.

Matt Driscoll was a huge help selling my mothers house after she passed. He referred a great estate sale company that was able to organize and sort moms collections . He managed the remodel and clean up. Everything from paint to flooring to plumbing and AC. Then he sold the house for 6% over list. He was an invaluable resource with extensive experience in remodeling and real estate sales. We would definitely recommend him.

When buying a home, you need an ally to help you navigate this stressful and complicated adventure. I would whole-heartedly recommend Matt Driscoll as your realtor. While dealing with half a dozen parties in a home purchase, I always had faith that Matt was my very competent advocate and that his advice was in my best interest. Matt was always in friendly contact and inviting. At no point did I feel alone in this process with Matt on my side.We were buying a house remotely living 200 miles away from DFW. Consequently, we had to rely on Matts insights viewing the prospective home. I had made a mistake against Matts better advice and used a major bank as my lender. It was such a stark contrast between a great realtor and a lousy lender! And after a lot of wrangling on Matts part we were able to pull through and close on a house. Thankfully, all is well that ends well.
