We were moving into the area, and didnt know much about it. By luck, I reached out to the Matlock Group. Pam paired us with Brooke who went above and beyond giving us a tour of our target location, all the info on area, schools, insider tidbits etc. She then worked with us for several months seamlessly. She showed us multiple homes and was patient with our process and helped us make educated offers that we were also comfortable with in a competitive market. When selling our house with a different agent (because different area), she even ran comps/ taxes etc to help us negotiate our listing price. Brooke responded quickly to every text, call and email at all times of the week and made the process so smooth. During our inspection process she lined up everything that was needed and more. She never made us feel like we were putting her out after such a long process of house hunting. I cant recommend her more! You will be in the best hands with Brooke!!

Matlock Real Estate, and especially Ashley Parks, has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last few months. To start, we reached out randomly on a Sunday never expecting to hear back till Monday. She responded to us right away, even though the cowboys were playing!Then she made every effort to ensure we could see new listings, soon as we asked, so that we didn’t miss a house we liked. In fact, the only reason we were able to get our dream house was because she was able to get us a showing so quickly. There was a great chance if we waited even a few hours, the house would have already been under contract! How important this was can’t be overstated. Since purchasing we have actively watched all listings in the district we wanted and not a single house has came on the market that matched as close to what we wanted over the last few months.Finally, but most importantly, she was indispensable in the most stressful part of home ownership, which is selling our house! From getting us quality referrals for any improvements we wanted to make, to providing an amazing staging company, to everything that comes once you get an offer. We couldn’t have done this without Ashley and the team! She made every step of the process seem effortless, even though we know tons of work went into doing so! Pam Matlock is the best agent I have worked with in the last 20 years. She has done great job for me and my mother in the sale of our two-family homes. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the whole process. We contacted the alleged top agent in the area prior to calling her for the sale of my home and could not wait for him and his wife to leave our home. They wanted to list our home for $100K less than final sell price.She helped us in each step of the way PERSONALLY (not a less experience agent or assistant) and the photos she had done of our house were spectacular. Matlock Real Estate Group is an amazing team centered around customer service. Most recently, Pam Matlock listed our home for sale. We had two potential buyers, 11 showings, two offers and one contract in less than a week. She graciously worked with a high maintenance buyer and agent. She also found us the perfect house. I believe we looked at over 50 houses while searching for more than a year. My husband and I have worked with Pam since 2012 on several real estate transactions. She was able to do the impossible - sell a golf course lot. Pam accepted the listing when every other realtor turned us down. The incredible photography that Matlock Real Estates uses makes their marketing tools stand out from the rest. Pam is honest, energetic and optimistic. Brooke Drescher and the Matlock team were wonderful to work with!! They were up front and honest about what we needed to do to sell our house. They also set the proper expectations so we knew what to expect. With their advice we were able to sell faster than our neighbors and at a great price. Their photography and expertise are top notch. Several of our neighbors made the mistake of going with the “highest sales price lister” realtors and their houses have sat on the market forever. They are now listed way lower with still no interest since they have been on the market for a while. I am so glad that we went with Brooke Drescher and the Matlock group to avoid that costly mistake. They will take great care of you!

I highly recommend Pam Matlock and others in her firm. They were very professional in this aggressive market. She helped us decide on a good price for the 25 acres and then when time came to list it and then first thing we knew we had 5 offers the first or second day. She was there when I called or texted. She helped us wade through all the city regulations and procedures when we decided to break it up for a better sale. What ever was needed from pricing, to inspections, to final sale, she was there to guide us through it successfully. If I were doing it all over I would choose her again.

Nardeen did an incredible job with every step of the process on finding and closing on a new home in Fairview and selling my home in Frisco for asking price in only 10 days!Both on the buy and sell, Nardeen was on top of the entire process and kept me informed on status and what she needed from me. She did so with enthusiasm, professionalism, patience (with me), humor and positivity. I enjoyed working with her so much!On the buy side, I was very particular in the new home I was looking and Nardeen was always looking for ways to understand what we were looking for and seek out properties that met our criteria.
