OMG, she was wonderful!! We had a VERY unique transaction and I relied heavily on her expertise. I cant imagine making it through this without her. And, I really dont know how to add anything beyond all the other positive reviews here. They said it so well. All I can add is that I have had numerous real estate transactions and she was Stellar. Mary Ann loves to sell real estate. She has a long history, and great knowledge of real estate and real estate laws for taxes. My family member just moved to Dallas, received a 40% increase in city and school taxes year over year. She worked tirelessly on a market analysis that was fair and true, and proved that the city has unjustly over appraised the home for tax purposes.
