Brandon is the best realtor in the DFW area! We have used him several times to buy and sell our homes. He’s very patient and will always look out for your own good. We were able to get a really great sales price on our last home because of his negotiation skills. He’s also a bit of a handyman so he was able to help us get the house ready for the open house. Our experience has been pretty seamless and we will use him again if we are in the market for a new home in the future!

Brandon Martin helped me get my place in Dallas. I moved here from another state (California) and flying back and fourth to look at places wasnt an option so Brandon helped me by sending me listings and physically going to view the property for me and doing a video chat viewing. Once I selected the property I wanted he made sure the place was cleaned and ready when I arrived. This young man is the BEST real estate agent I have ever had to deal with in locating the right house to move into going from an apartment to a house. We wanted not too big, not too small and he found the perfect one. He stayed in constant contact with us and when something popped up we immediately heard from him. He was dedicated to finding the right place that we would be happy with and not just settle for. I’m elated that we somehow ended up with him to work with. Brandon helped us during our move form California to Texas. It seemed impossible applying to houses on Zillow and other sites, as we constantly heard nothing back. One of the times I asked a question about a home, Brandon got my number and reached out to me. He was Instantly super helpful and responsive and went to see the home the next day without being asked. He probably toured about 6-8 homes for us, sent us the videos he took, and was honest about the condition and his opinions. It was so helpful since we were states away and unable to view the homes in person. He seriously went above and beyond for us and made sure we had everything we needed to stand out to landlords when we applied for different homes. The market right now is crazy, even for renting. It definitely took longer than we anticipated, but he never gave up and was persistent with each agent. Finally we got approved for the perfect home for us and I can’t thank him enough for all the help. Seriously without him, I think we would’ve just applied to an apartment because it seemed impossible alone lol.Needless to say, you will not be disappointed with your experience!
