I am a grown man who does not believe in Fairy Tales. That being said, Martha is quite simply the closest thing my wife and I have found to a Fairy Godmother!We have used her for the last 10 years, and my wife used her exclusively for several years before we met. We have referred her to friends and family, all of whom where deeply satisfied.Martha helped us in the early years with rentals and was instrumental in helping us buy the home of our dreams two years ago. While I know little to nothing about real estate I think anyone can help you find an apartment or house. Marthas expertise lies in the myriad of things that are essential to feeling safe, making good investments, and loving your home that would never cross your mind!Secondarily, and with all due respect, Martha is a bulldog! Dont let her professionalism or perky demeanor mislead you. Throughout several years of research and negotiations Martha has represented our interest better than even we could. She has saved us from frosted turds that were being purposely misrepresented as cupcakes, and helped us secure what has been our diamond in the rough! She educated and informed us on every level of development as our various moves brought us more in line with our long term goals as a family.Like I stated earlier, I think finding someone to facilitate a transaction is quite simple. However, as a small business owner I seek out, and take peace in people of high character with whom I do business - not simply the functions they bring to the table. Martha is consummate professional with verifiable expertise, and an incredible woman that will enrich your life long after you close!

I love working with Martha. She has great attention to detail and cares deeply about her clients. She will work very hard to find the best fit you you when it comes to buying or renting a home in the Houston area. When my friends need help, I always refer them to Martha because I know she will care for them like they are her friends. They usually end up being that way when all is said and done. I would recommend Martha for your realtor needs.

Simply the best. Knowledgeable beyond words not just in her field but an encyclopedia about everything. Honest, efficient and caring. Martha goes beyond her obligations to help. Martha has helped me with a major disaster - the roof fell in - with a rental property when I was overseas. She oversaw the repairs and guided me through the insurance claims. Words are not sufficient to describe the kindness and expertise of Martha in her field.
