Had a great experience investing with Marshall Reddick Real Estate. Found out about their Private Lending Department through a mutual connection and made my first contribution into their Mortgage Fund a couple years ago. Returns have been consistent and the Manager Patrick Prunty is very knowledgeable/experienced, so highly recommend working with this company. They offer other services as well like brokerage and property management, so next on my list will be to buy a property in one of their markets.

Marshall Reddick has been a great place to invest my husbands retirement account. We started investing in mortgages several years ago and have grown his account much more than the original tax sheltered annuity would have. Patrick Prunty and the others we have worked with have been very responsive and helpful in getting the money into new mortgages once one pays off so that very little time and interest is lost. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Marshall Reddick has been great. They offer residential real estate services including brokerage, property management and private lending. I have participated now for a while as a capital partner in their mortgage division. They are responsive and very helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patrick Prunty on 3 different investments and can only say he is extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable.

Marshall Reddick is THE Best Hard Money lender out there. I shopped around hard and spoke to at least 15 companies. They were by far the lowest fees out of everyone. Usually that means a compromise on quality... not at Marshall Reddick. The service has been top tier since day 1. Stephanie still sends me fresh preapproval immediately upon request and April has made the whole back end super simple and easy to work with. I would never take my business anywhere else. The entire team is so nice and good at their jobs. I wish more companies operated like them.

This was my first loan with Marshall Reddick and to say the least, I was very impressed. My husband and I have been flipping houses since 2019 and we have worked with numerous lenders and by far this has been the easiest process. The paperwork was minimum, the rate and points were fair. There was an open line of communication so I always knew the status of my loan. Also, I went to Marshall Reddick less than 2 weeks prior to closing and they got the job done. I would highly recommend them!! Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I used Marshall Reddick private funding two times now. First to take cash out of a rental property to rehab another and now just taking money out of the property I rehabbed to keep some cushion and to also rehab another property. This other property Im rehabbing I will be selling and doing a 1031 exchange into a duplex in Texas. The process was easy and quick. It was based on the collateral of my property. The paperwork was minimal. I would highly recommend Marshall Reddick to anyone looking to buy or cash out of their investment property.

Aaron Byrne was really attentive to my financial needs the whole time. Thanks to MR, my property has been completely restored and is now a beautiful rental property. The Property Management team did a fantastic job in setting me up with the best services for my property. My agent Josh was very active during the showings and obtained a highly qualified renter. My property has been leased for almost a year and I could not be happier with how Alicia and the Maintenance team have managed my property.
