Marsha Hardin was professional from day one. I was the executor of some properties and a first time seller. She walked me through the steps and it was obvious she had researched the surrounding properties before we sat down to work out the details. She had prices of what properties around the area sold for, and we worked out asking prices. They didnt sell immediately, but quick enough and very close to our asking price. This tells me she picked correctly. If it was too little, the properties would have sold very quickly, and if it was too much, they wouldnt have sold. I am very happy with my decision to ask Marsha to sell the properties, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional realtor.
