As we relocated our family from Michigan to Dallas, my wife and I worked with Marla to find a home ni a very tight market. Marla was a tremendous asset to help us find hat we were looking for without massively overpaying.Marla combines a set of typical characteristics of great real estate agents (knowledge or the area, knowledge of the markets, inspectors, processes,...) and those of great partners. In particular, Marla really got to know our family, our activities, our tastes,...including our dog! As a result, she was able to identify properties that would be a likely match as soon as they hit the market. Marla consistently went the extra mile for us, finding us people in her network to talk to about school choice, activities, opportunities to make friends quickly...Last, but not least, she was a great advisor during the negotiation phase, balancing our excitement about the property we located with our desire to not overpay.I would recommend Marla to anyone relocating in the Dallas area, she is nothing short of excellent at what she does!

We had a unique situation, we were looking at houses in both Austin and DFW. Marla came highly recommended to us by our Austin realtor. They worked as a team to find the best home for our family that would check all the boxes.The thing that impressed me most about Marla was her unwavering patience and bias for action. From the moment we started working together it was very much a team environment with myself, my husband, our Austin Realtor and Marla.When we needed to see a house Marla was a text away. We found our dream house at 8pm and by the next morning (the first day it was on the market) she worked her magic to make sure we were the first couple to see the house and we had an offer the seller couldn’t refuse drafted within hours. Even though there were competing with offers higher than what we offered Marla was able to draft a deal that was attractive enough for the sellers to go with us and shut down all other showings that were scheduled that weekend. She also ensured we had the best home appraiser and team to assess the value of our home.The sellers realtor was in my opinion very difficult to work with but Marla seemed unfazed by this and completely focused on moving the deal forward. To me this shows that it matters what realtor you work with and Marla is unique.Cannot say enough great things about Marla, anyone who works with her is lucky to have her in their corner.

Marla made the house buying process so much easier and less intimidating. My husband and I bought our first home with her help and it was such a fun, joyous process. Marla eliminates any stress with her kind, bubbly, and professional personality. She makes you feel like her only client! Truly a delight to work with and I cannot recommend her enough!

Our family had the difficult task of selling our parents home. Marla was a knowledgable, experienced resource and advisor who assisted us in every step of the transaction as our Sellers Agent. Marla knows her market, target audience and how to manage many moving parts. Her dynamic attitude, fair and transparent interactions, and efficient communications set her apart from other agents! I cannot say enough good things about Marla. Not being from Dallas, Marla really helped us in choosing the right neighborhood for us. She was always willing to give her honest opinion but was also very good at looking at houses through our lens in terms of our wants and needs. She was always available for quick showings in person and via FaceTime when we weren’t in town. When we did find a house that we liked, she was very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to guide us through the different offer terms that might set us apart and make our offer compelling. We looked at a lot of houses and she was always patient through the process and took the time to help us find the right home. She genuinely wanted to find us the perfect home. And even after we had closed, she continued to help by providing different contacts for various services (moving, maintenance and repairs, and renovation work) and brainstormed design ideas with us to make the home our own. She has been there every step of the way with a smile, and we couldn’t be more thankful we found her!
