Elle is hands down the best realtor you will find in the the North Dallas area, and anywhere ever!! Where can I even begin? Elle stepped up to help my fiancé and I on very short notice after we requested a same day home tour. Elle showed up within the hour and from that moment she began to help us on our journey toward buying our first home. If you are looking for a kind, ambitious, and patient realtor she is it! She was able to get in touch with the sellers realtors moments after we toured each home and was able to prepare offers within a couple of hours. She is well connected and knows the ins and outs! She was also very patient when our lender feel through and offered to quickly connect us with a lender who was able to get us approved on very short notice. Elle worked hard and diligently to make sure we closed on our first home and was always constantly updating us with any new development. We couldn’t have done this without her! My husband and I moved from Denver to Dallas recently and had the incredible good fortune to be able to work with Marielle Lugo as our real estate agent. From the first meeting – when she presented us with a folder of really helpful information about the first house we wanted to see and about her services to the very end when she came over to drop off a bottle of champagne and welcome gourmet charcuterie tray and desserts – her attention to detail and focus has been so impressive and made a HUGE difference in making our home buying experience smooth. She has the perfect mix of professionalism, experience to provide thoughtful guidance, aggressiveness to work practically and realistically to get you the best deal, and charm and grace. She makes it go fast and is extremely accommodating and she takes a stressful time in life and turns it into a really smooth process. She worked with our banker without us having to ask to make sure that all the things were in place for the closing. She worked with our new insurance agent to make sure we had all the right paperwork in place for the closing. She guided us and provided tips and pointers and the right amount of input and advice to – believe it or not – take us from looking for a house in LATE NOVEMBER to CLOSING ON DECEMBER 31 in Southlake, TX. It was that fast. We moved in on January 2 after not even starting the process to look for a home until Thanksgiving. For this house we bought, she came over and Facetimed with us while she walked around because we were from out of town – it really helped us to decide to come down and see the home ultimately and we’re so glad we did. If you need someone who is experienced, personable, uber focused, savvy, will work tirelessly for you, has that awesome Texas friendliness and grit, has a really high EQ/IQ and will work to get you practical results – Elle is the one and the only one you need to be working with. When my husband and I were heading out of the Southlake Hilton to move into our new house, we saw a real estate agent sitting with a couple in the lobby talking with them about homes in Southlake and what they could expect etc. He sounded very preachy and non-collaborative. I wanted to go over there and take the woman aside and say to her – you need to work with Elle. I hope she reads this, and chances are good because I bet she’s still looking if she’s not working with Elle! Looking for and buying a home and moving should be one of the most stressful experiences in one’s life – and Elle made it easy and dare I say, joyful. We recommend her without hesitation, will work with her again when we sell our home, and hope you will work with her because it will make your experience the best it can possibly be.

Marielle is great! Being a first time homebuyer and moving to a new state was a challenge, but Marielle was there to help the entire way. She was extremely patient, explained every detail, and answered all the questions I had. Being out of state, she showed the homes via video chat. She pointed out everything and explained things that were impossible to see over video. She didn’t just point out the good, she made sure to also call out anything that would need repaired or attention upon moving. After seeing a couple homes, she really understood what was important to me. She was able to point out and answer my questions before I even asked. She’s a fighter and 100% on your side.
