Nicolas Fabling was awesome!I found him through Zillow and was a bit skeptical on trusting him since he was a stranger I found in the internet.Turns out he was a very professional and straight forward realtor.He was patient and always willing to answer my questions. During the whole process he was available and very helpful.It took probably over 4 months. To finally get an offer accepted and get under contract. The market was crazy and people were paying over asking price everywhere. I did feel a bit discouraged, but he was always open to walk properties with us. (My girlfriend and I).
