If I could give 20 stars I would….Marcos was the absolute best realtor, and I’ve dealt with a handful of decent ones throughout the years, but he set the bar very high!!!!! He made this process so easy & he was up front and honest with us the entire time. He does the homework on your area, he uses top notch photography for your house and he presents extremely well and is professional. You want him on your team to either buy or sell your house. In this case he sold our house in less than 30 days. I would definitely use him again.

Buying your first home is a huge deal and I have definitely heard some horror stories, but working with Marcos was amazing!! He was flexible and accommodating to personal responsibilities that came up during our process working together. He was patient and understanding as I asked ALL the questions and had a moment of panic as things got more real. Overall he was a huge advocate for me as a buyer and I always felt he was in my corner working to make sure I got the best deal possible while assuring my wants and needs were being met. I could tell that he has a depth of expertise in his field and he does his work with heart and excellence!! He was very responsive and overall I had an amazing experience!! I recommend him to everybody and hope to someday buy a second home with his help as well!!

Marcos helped us secure our home in a less-than-ideal situation. He was very responsive and kept communication up so everyone remained patient and the deal eventually went through. We worked with Marcos from January 2022 - January 2023 while trying to find our dream home. Unfortunately, the best time for us was the worst time in the U.S. housing market in a long time! We are first time homebuyers and we got outbid several times and we werent willing to do away with inspections and we werent in a position to go well over asking to win like some others. I appreciate that Marcos never pushed us to do something we werent comfortable with or refused to put in our offer even if we didnt think there was a chance for us to win. He always helped us put the best offer we could do. After 9 unsuccessful offers, Marcos stayed positive throughout the time that we will get the best home for us. Finally after seeing well over 75+ houses, 9 offers, our 10th offer was the one! He was right, this is the best house for us! Im grateful Marcos never pushed us to settle and answered all of our questions. He also always made time for a random showing!Marcos made this crazy housing market a smoother process and we definitely recommend using him as your realtor!Thank you so much!
