I am a Realtor, working mostly in North Dallas, Preston Hollow and East Dallas. I have been fortunate to work with Brenda Platt and Mansion Minders 2 times. Both times have been extraordinarily successful. Most recently, her Mansion Minders took care of one of my listings priced at $1,549,000. They did an excellent job. They always had the home “show ready” and were very accommodating for all of my requests. Brenda monitored the experience in a professional way. I could not have been happier.

I was a Mansion Minder for Brenda Platt years ago, and it was a great experience for me. Six months ago I put my home on the market when the market slowed down. I had already purchased and moved to a new home, so my previous home stood empty....in stark contrast to the pictures provided in the listing of the home. I took the home off the market for a couple of months, then put it back on the market. The difference was this time, I used Mansion Minders. I can tell you from my experience years ago that Brenda is very much on top of her business. She chooses Minders with great care, and they are held to very strict standards relative to maintaining the home for showings. Not only do Minders have to have great furnishings and home decor, but it has to fit the house and be approved by the seller. Brenda chose an excellent subcontracted Mansion Minder to put in my house, and the quality of the showings really took off! That perspective of a nicely furnished and well-kept home is so important, and I know for a fact it helped sell my home in this very challenging market. Thank you Brenda!.

We have worked with Mansion Minders for almost a year. Our experience with entire staff has been fantastic! What a great concept for someone selling their special home, sure Mansion Minders has strict policies and procedures, that you will maintain the property in a very neat and orderly manner. But that is exactly what I would expect someone do to if they were living in my property! They manage the process in a very professional manner. We have told all of our friends about it and if someone has a vacant luxury home, I just can’t imagine a better way to market the property! Brenda is a true Professional!

Throughout the entire process, they have been professional and our “Minders“, Tim and his son, did a great job of keeping the home clean and ready for a showing on short notice. They had their house listed for 5 months without any staging, and when I took over the listing, we moved Mansion Minders in as part of our relaunch. Brenda and her team evaluated our property and then sent us an experienced minder with the perfect home furnishings for our setting. Our minder kept the home show ready 7 days/week and over 8 months never declined a showing, even on short notice. Our potential buyer reviews immediately turned positive on how the house showed. It took a while, but related to a slow market, not M3.

November 20, 2020I am writing on behalf of Mansion Minders and in particular Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sherillo, who have meticulously minded my home in Preston Hollow for about the last 90 days.Even though the house had been previously occupied, the staging and overall presentation was never adequate. Once occupied by the Sherillos, showings picked up dramatically, and offers started coming in. The house always looks orderly and well presented.Initially, I had reservations about this approach to marketing the property, but now, I would not hesitate to use Mansion Minders in the future, and in particular, the Sherillos to help facilitate the sale of my former home. It saved us when our home in Abilene sold very quickly and we were too unfamiliar with the dfw area to purchase a home on a whim.
