Working with Matt was a great experience, truly. He works tirelessly for his clients! Matt helped us understand every detail and every step in both the selling and buying process. We bought our new home on a contingent offer, so the pressure was on to sell our old home. It was listed and under contract with an above-asking offer within 5 days. Matt made us feel as though we were his only client, though of course we were not! He gave us exceptional service and attention. Matt knows his stuff, knows the market and he’s someone you want in your corner in the buying or selling process.

Could not recommend Matt at Mammoth Realty more! He was exceptionally professional yet extremely personable, the whole experience with him was smooth. I was impressed with his communication, often immediate responses to texts/emails/phone calls, and clear explanations of the complicated process of transferring your property. I was told previously that he was known for getting top dollar for your property, and that was our experience. Matt was right on the mark pricing our home, we were right at the top end of our neighborhood, his competency was on display as everyone in our process from title company to adjusters complimented him on his knowledge of the market and process. We had a full offer in 16 hours after our first showing, and ended up settling for 4k over asking in a buyers market. Our closing was three weeks later, so within four weeks after signing with Matt we were sold and closed with top dollar! Matt always had our best interest as a priority and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Mr. Patterson helped me buy my most recent home back in 2016. There was a substancial needs list and plenty of wants. He did everything that I expected a Real Estate agent should do when working with a buyer. His level of personal dedication of his time, to find exactly what you want, is immeasurable. During the entire process, he kept me informed and continually fielded any/all my questions or updates. Even when it came to closing, there was some unique circumstances that came up from the seller. Mr. Patterson stood his ground on my behalf and I always felt he was always in corner. I will continue to call upon him for any property ventures I have in Central Texas. If I ever have to use someone else, due to buying outside of his area... he has set the new standard for any future Agent.Do not hesitate to hire Mr. Patterson as your Real Estate Agent. He will always do his best with integrity and taking the time to truly understand what your goals are as a buyer or seller.
