The relationship we developed with Britney became a personal one as well as being very professional. Both my wife and I required results in a short period of time as a result of trying to purchase a new home with very specific requirements while being 1500 miles from Texas. Britney did an excellent job. She is well organized and knowledgeable of the northwest San Antonio real estate market.We chose to purchase a new construction home that was not quite finished. As a result, a number of complications developed that Britney was able to facilitate solutions and help us get through the hassle from not being directly on the job site. She gave us counsel on what needed to be improved, changed or painted etc...then helped us stage our home bringing in her own props as well for the pictures and open house. Everything was strategically done according to a timeline, her experience and confidence that it would sell was reassuring.     If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent that will go to bat for you look no further than Christina Gerhardt. My journey started in September or October of 2018 before she went to work for Magnolia Realty. I called the realtor listed on the property which happened to be Christina. I had numerous questions about the property. She did the research and got back to me and finally decided against that property. I gave her the parameters on the type property my wife and I were looking for. She never gave up. She sent me dozens and dozens of properties over the next 22 months of which I turned down probably 99%. We were extremely picky in what we wanted. If I found one I liked and wanted to look at I would call her and set up an appointment and then travel to Waco from Houston to look at the property. There were several trips over that 22 month span. She would set up as many viewings as possible on each trip to make it worth our time. Again, I was picky and would just say no. No matter how many times I said no Christina never gave up. We finally found one we thought we would like. I called her on a Monday Morning and she set up the viewing for the next morning. After looking at the house and property I told her to do whatever it took to get my name on it. She began to get the ball rolling on all the paper work. Christina was there every step of the way. If I had a question she was there to answer them, day or night. She gave me advise when I ask and was there to sooth freyed nerves when I got frustrated. After 4-5 weeks we closed on the house August 25. Christina made this very hectic time bareable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family or friends who are looking to move across town or relocate across the state? Through our almost two year journey together through this house hunting ordeal, the best part of it all is I made a friend. Come to find out we have a lot of the same interest. Magnolia Realty is blessed to have a person like Christina Gerhardt working for them.

    This review is for agent Mario Gonzales. He accepted the challenge to find my wife and I a new house with some very tight constraints dealt by my wife. To no avail though. Not for lack of effort by Mario, but for our luck of finding the perfect house in another county sold by owner that had only been on the market for a couple of hours. We made the as is deal standing in the front yard 15 minutes after looking at it and we took the sign down.Feeling bad that Mario had REALLY earned his money, and didnt get it, I asked him to sell my old house.
