We have been living in this house for a year and just renewed the lease for several more years. We love this house and the neighborhood as well as the staff at Lyn Realty! They have been very helpful and understanding with our requests.

Ive lived in one of the properties for several years. The staff in Lyn Realty has always conducted themselves in a professional manner. My property is in great condition and has rarely needed maintenance. For the few times over the past 3+ years when I needed to call for maintenance, the response was quick and professional and the issue resolved the same day. I appreciate the care and follow up that they provide.

I actually have a lease with Lyn Realty and they are great. Smooth process and application. I like the website and as soon as I make my lease payment, office personnel process and make accurate notes to account and they respond promptly to work orders and service techs are thorough and efficient. I am enjoying my place and I have Sarah to thank.

(Renter) The team is always helpful and professional. They are responsive to issues as well. We had a water heater go down. They had someone out in a couple hours. When he determined the heater needed to be replaced(late that evening), he came back the next morning and replaced it in under 30 minutes.Only reason that i didnt give 5 stars is limited payment methods for deposits. Once you are set up, you can make payments online and schedule them automatically as well, so its not that big of a deal.I also spoke with a couple who have the team manage thier properties. They had nothing but great things to say.

We have been in the house we rent now for 2 yrs. The landlord and staff always get things fixed right away. We love this house and plan to be here many years to come.
