I have been very happy with the help I needed & received from Zack Stromberg & Dawn Taylor with Lux City Realty Group.I was trying to help my elderly mother sell her two condos in Dallas. When our real estate agent that we were going to sign with neglected to show up for a viewing of a house Dawn and Zach (AKA the dynamic duo)stepped up and showed us the house with out any strings attached just becouse they felt bad that we were just standing there waiting.This is a real team ! Dawn gets most of all the listing set up for viewing and not just 1 or 2 she got us like 5 to 7 (and that all depends on what and where your looking for) Zack takes care of the details like contacting the sellers Representative taking pictures looking for flaws and pointing them out to you so your aware of everything he sees.when they listed it was sold in under 24 hours and at a great pricepoint and Percentage.There a great team and they will find you what your looking for.i’m David Maynard and I approve this reviewLOL

Zack and Dawn truly are professionals that care about their clients. They will go above and beyond to ensure their clients are comfortable with the buying process and answered all questions we had. In this crazy market, they were able to patiently show us many homes and helped us secure the house we wanted! This duo is very knowledgeable of the market and great overall people. We will refer more family and friends for sure!
