Luis is an extraordinary realtor and I’d recommend him to everyone! My boyfriend and I met him randomly at an open house that wasn’t even on our itinerary. Right off the bat, we had really good vibes about him. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel important even though we were strangers. Once I found the home I was interested in, I went through a recommended realtor and ended up choosing Luis instead. He took the time out of his hands to make sure we were happy. He responded right away, worked around our schedule, and gave honest answers to all our questions. He was never pushy and helped us avoid bad decisions. Luis made my home buying experience one of the most effortless and enjoyable home purchases ever (who even thought that was possible). I was worried that buying a property while remote would be a nightmare - I couldnt have been more wrong. I live out of state currently but wanted a home in Dallas before I moved there. Luis was in constant contact and incredibly responsive to all my calls, texts, and emails. No question I had for him was left unanswered - even into the later evening for him since I am 2 hours behind. He always had a fantastic attitude and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. Even though Ive closed on the property Luis has maintained contact and offered his assistance with any of my questions. I love my new home and I I cant recommend Luis enough!

Luis was very professional thru the whole sale process. He guide us in setting up the price of our home based on data, trends and projections. He was very patient with us as we asked for information about home improvements, contract arrangements among other things. He provided us with great options for lenders, professional photographer, contractors (change of carper) and title company. We did use many of his options and they affordable and great value for your sale, the photographer was excellent and the pictures were very professional and they are a great memory to keep and remember. Luis is an extremely professional and effective Realtor. The one thing that stands out from his service approach is his deep understanding of being flexible when it comes to house hunting. He’s available when you are, which typically is after hours, weekends and holidays. In a nutshell, the experience of buying a house with Luis was easy, quick and fun. If we happen to move again or to buy a new property in Dallas area, Id not get through this adventure without Luis help.Luis is a professional and very efficient Real Estate agent.
