A friend of mine referred me to Audra Smolinski and we couldn’t be more grateful. Audra is THE BEST agent/broker/realtor you could ever hope for. She is an EXPERT and very knowledgeable in the industry, and I can tell she stays up to date with the market and even home design trends. She is extremely patient and passionate. I dont just throw these descriptions out lightly. She has been with us since 2021! She truly understood what we wanted and was on our side to get the most value we could in buying a home. In every home showing, Audra pointed out all of the areas of concern or that may need improvement - alongside any good aspects or possible ways to change something up.
