It goes without saying that Audra stands out as the best in her field, and not engaging her or her team means youre missing out on exceptional service. Over the past 3 years, when others might have moved on, Audra remained committed to us. Her approach is far from pushy or sales-oriented. Each time we considered a property, Audra presented a balanced view, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages. She sometimes advised against proceeding with an offer if she anticipated costly future repairs.More than just an agent, Audra embodies the roles of friend, preliminary inspector, and consultant on renovations, offering immense value. In addition to having a vast network, after shopping for home insurance, she referred me to an insurance broker of hers who was able to find me a policy that was $1,800 lower than what other brokers and online sources could find!Her passion for her work is evident, prioritizing her clients happiness and well-being over financial gain. Purchasing a home is both the most stressful and most exciting thing you can do. The process is overwhelming for the layman. From our first meeting with Audra she provided us with helpful resources that guided us through the process. When we needed things explained in further detail (or when we forgot about the helpful documents she provided) she broke down everything for us. When we started looking at homes Audra was like a mini-inspector - pointing out any issues with the house. She was our biggest cheerleader and a tremendous advocate for us through the whole process. She helped us find our dream home and ensured that we wouldnt settle for anything less! We have already recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so! Audra stuck through with us on a 11 month build that was definitely not the normal. She played hardball when we needed her too. She is sweet and has a huge heart. Talked me through the bad days and enjoyed the good days with lots of energy. There is no one I would recommend more than her! Absolutely amazing!
