Patrick was very good at communicating from the get go. We had home come in did some stuff he thought we should on touch up paint and windows that were cracked. We signed and a week later they listed we had multiple showings and full offer with in a week. Megan was a joy to work with. If you HAD to pick a top quality, I would probably say communication was her strongest one. She gets back to you at any time of day and almost immediately every single time. Not only that, but Megan completed everything that needed to be accomplished in quick fashion. Her knowledge was spectacular and if we didn’t know the answer to something, she hunted until we found it. Megan was extremely accommodating in all areas of the home buying process. I was purchasing the home from over 1K miles away, and despite the distance, she made it so easy and smooth. Megan also gave me great recommendations that were needed for the home buying process, which in turn got me an extremely low interest rate. I feel badly for the next realtor I deal with, because that person has a lot to live up to you!
