Hearing Test facility, has great service and very professional. Although I found out I had failed some parts of my hearing test, I have to go to the VA to get checked there now by an outsourced company although everything was fine an dany theres still work that I have to be done. Thank to the doctor there I was able to start my claim. Waiting on the VA now so I am very grateful.

Longhorn Properties has managed our properties for over 18 years. I didn’t experience any challenges with the company. I really had a great experience with the company as a whole. I traveled often with my job, to include out of the country. I always had peace of mind about how our properties were being managed. I did not experience any communication challenges with the company, even when I was traveling abroad.Through my experience with Longhorn Properties, they performed in the high band of excellence managing our properties. They are thorough with their assessment of who they allow to reside in the properties, and who they allow to remain there.Ms Darlene kept me abreast when there were issues, concerns, or challenges with the properties. If I did not respond in a timely manner, due to traveling, she would follow-up with me to ensure the tenants are taken care of. I appreciate the quality, good business work ethics they bring in all areas of managing the properties.Thanks Longhorn Properties.

Longhorn Properties has managed our properties for over 10 years now. We are a Military Family, so having peace of mind on how our property is being managed is priceless.I am shocked by some of these reviews, because I know first hand that they go above and beyond to ensure our tenants are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. This is of the upmost importance to this organization.Being in customer service myself, I know that people may share a good experience with 1 person, but will tell 9-10 people (on average) of what they perceive as a negative experience.We have never had an issue with this company communicating with us, getting our rental income deposited on time or keeping our units occupied. They are thorough with their assessment of who they put into your home, and who they allow to stay.Prior to Lennox and Darlene Alfred managing our properties, we had several evictions and a high vacancy rate. We no longer have these issues. They have overseen extensive renovations, kept us informed, been very responsive and ensure we have all of our tax forms in order each year.We could not ask for a better property management company, and strongly recommend them to any of our family or friends (property owners or renters).

A+++++ is the grade I’d give Longhorn. I’ve had my property managed by the company for 10 years now. I must say they have went above and beyond for me as a owner and those who may rent my property. They’ve kept us up to date on things that need updating (ie carpet, appliance etc) along with timely work order repairs. Keep up the good work y’all are doing

I have nothing but great things to say about Longhorn Properties! They managed our home for over 4 years and took great care of it. Lennox was also our realtor when we decided to sell and he sold our home in 1 day. I would highly recommend this company!

So far so good.they just bought the property im renting at..grider circle. And im hoping there will be major upgrades, security, strict policies, and a mph sign put in for traffic. Hopefully the rent dosent go up too high. #hope
