Trisha Moore was our friends realtor. She loved her so much that she recommended her to us, and its honestly one of the best recommendations weve ever had. She helped us buy a house in 2015. Then, our circumstances changed, and we found ourselves moving across the country. We knew that our house would be more appealing if we had the foundation fixed before selling it, but we didnt have that kinda money lying around. TRISHA found a company that would work with us, do the work and only take their payment when the house was sold. That was above and beyond! She has so much patience, is very knowledgeable, KIND, and never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions, neither as first-time home buyers nor as first-time home sellers! I wish she were licensed to work in every state we live in for the rest of our lives! 😅
