I found Mr. Baptiste on-line - I was EXTREMELY Lucky.I say this because Im living in Europe & needed someone I could trust not to take advantage of me with the listing & sale of my home in Grapevine, TX.Mr. Baptiste went above & beyond what an agent should do normally. For Instance, he set up & paid out of his pocket with me to repay him within 30 days for Any & All repairs, furniture removal & cleaning of the property.Mr. Baptiste paid these people because he knew that I live on Social Security monthly. I was considering a move from Baltimore to the DFW area but decided to remain in Maryland in the end. While visiting Fort Worth, Nikki came highly recommended. I choose LRA because I heard so many good things about them from another realtor that is not even with the brokerage but knows the people inside of the brokerage. Knowing that they are from KW was a big plus from me because I know that they are willing to share their knowledge that they received. Right now I am glad that I came to LRA because I feel like family and I am gaining the knowledge that I was seeking. I wish I would have found out about LRA earlier in my career. The meetings, trainings, visiting new construction builders, along with other great things that comes along with joining the brokerage.
