What are the two most significant advantages that have resulted from working with us?- First, Paola & Anastasia are extremely knowledgeable regarding various aspects of real estate, including but not limited to home ownership, housing laws, and home sales. In the rare event that they dont know something, they are resourceful and will figure out the answers. They are Austinites who know the city well, watched it grow, and have kept up with the changes.- Second, Paola & Anastasia are personable, hard-workers, and goal-oriented. They are friendly and well organized. They reached out for frequent check-ins, provided thoughtful updates/plans, and made sure everyone was on the same page about our goals. They kept us on track for deadlines and never complained nor made us feel like burdens.What exactly did we do to contribute to the outcome you wanted?- Our house needed a lot of work and preparation before going on the market. Paola & Anastasia have many contacts, from agents to contractors, and if we couldnt find someone, they would help put us in touch with the appropriate people/companies for various projects and issues. They also provided guidance on how to interact with them and if I was unable to because of my schedule, they were willing to speak to them themselves.Describe why you feel that working with us was successful.- Paola & Anastasia are supportive, patient, and understanding. Our situation was unique and on top of that we had unusual work schedules. They were always available via text, phone, and/or email regardless of the time of day or week. They never made me feel like I was a bother and I felt comfortable reaching out in real time whenever I needed. They worked around my schedule without complaint and had a good attitude the entire time. I also never felt like they had ulterior motives. Finally, they didnt sugar-coat anything but still communicated in a respectful and pleasant manner. Anastasia made everything so stress free and relaxed. What I had been warned as being the most stressful process ever was made so seamless and simple because of her! We toured on a Friday/Saturday and offered that same Sunday - whatever pace you need she will accommodate. She connected me with a trusted lender to make the first time home buying process easier and had an inspector ready to go for me. As I did a remote closing over the holidays she did the final walkthrough for me and even went above and beyond during a cold snap to go make sure my exterior faucets were covered and that the heat was on inside. She was always available to answer a random quick question over text or call and is extremely communicative. Choose Anastasia and you you will feel like youre working with a close friend who will go to bat for you on everything!

Our son enthusiastically recommended that we contract with Paola to help us find a home as she had helped him several years earlier and he was absolutely satisfied with her performance. We did contract with Paola to find us a home and we too were absolutely delighted with her performance.In late 2023, we contracted with Paola to sell our home. We were not disappointed, Paola is a gem! She is well informed, tireless, patient and creative. She helped us understand and comply with all of the massive legal paperwork that is complex and somewhat abstract. She gave us professional and effective advice on how to economically update and show the home to achieve a rapid sale at an acceptable seller’s price. She kept us well informed on the selling progress and she was always responsive to us when we had a comment or question during the sale process. I was referred to Paola through a friend of mine when I was looking to buy a new home. The biggest advantage of using Paola was her effort and willingness to go the extra mile. Some of the listings I looked at had HOA documents exceeding 80 pages in length, and Paola read through all of them. Many of the terms and clauses I did not understand, and Paola was able to explain to me in laymans terms what they meant. On top of this, Paola was able to find discrepancies in the contract which resulted in leverage I would otherwise not have had in the negotiation process. Paolas knowledge of the real estate business and relentless work ethic make her an invaluable asset in the home buying process. I would highly recommend.
