Liz helped me in multiple ways with my property. Initially was extremely responsive in helping me find a tenant to rent my house, and made the process smooth. When that rental ended, she was my go-to to sell it. If I was ever worried about the progress of the deal, she would quickly call or text and assure me that my listing was her priority. For any repairs that needed to be done, she has contacts with every type of contractor needed to get the job done. I highly recommend Liz!

Before finding Liz Realty, I tried a different realtor and got nowhere in a month. Hadnt even signed an agreement, so I searched again and found Liz (shoulve gone with Liz from the start). We talked in the morning, and on that same day, Liz went to the property and got beautiful aerial photos. She works fast and gives great advice.Then, after putting the property on the market, I got nervous about the whole process of selling the property, about declining or accepting offers, about every single thing you could imagine. So I talked to Liz about everything on my mind, she was able to calm me down. She portrays confidence and its contagious! I was back to high hopes after talking to her. Well, she sold the property! Im very happy with the sale and with Liz Realty.Liz knows what shes doing, and she does a great job. She is very trustworthy, I highly recommend her. Shell do the best for her clients every time.

I cannot recommend Liz Realty enough. Excellent communication from start to finish. We were nervous purchasing a vacation home while we were hours away, but Liz & Ashley took care of everything for us. It was a relief to know that we had them in our corner whenever a hiccup occurred. I trusted them completely throughout the process to work for what was best for us. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly (and believe me, I had a lot as this was very new to me). Additionally, the home inspector that we used (who we found independently) asked who our realtor was and when I told him Liz Realty, he said...you have one of the best in the Valley. She really knows what she is doing. And he was absolutely correct. I highly recommend Liz Realty- and Ashely Lerma in particular!

Had a pretty good experience with these guys. They really care about your experience when buying a property under their belt. I worked with them indirectly on the buyer’s side but nonetheless the experience was above expectations.
