This is the second time that I have worked with Brent and I will always call on him for any real estate needs. Jessica McCasland helped us with buying our new/first home. She was originally going to help us find a rental, but we decided to go ahead and buy instead. We bought a new construction house, and she is very nice and did our walk through with us and helped in finding small things that needed attention that we may not have noticed ourselves. She also stayed on top of the communication with us during the process which was great! In the future, when/if we go to sell the home, we will be reaching back out to her. I think the events the LivingWell Team does for clients is nice as well.

Deb did an amazing job throughout the entire process of helping us list and sell our home in McKinney. We recently sold our home in East Plano and Brent and Deb Wells made the entire process profitable and awesome. Deb recommended we remodel before listing and Im so glad we did because it raised the price of our house $60,000. Deb is an EXPERT on pricing homes. She knows what it will sell for and she is right! She helped me through picking tile, countertops, paint, mulch and plants. She staged our home and even supported us emotionally during the selling process. Buying our new home with Brent and Deb was a breeze. They showed us homes and when wed decided they gave us a realistic view of what the seller would accept as far as price. Well we went a bit below that with a kick butt letter regarding how we needed the house. The seller accepted our offer and Brent and Deb gave us names for the inspection, the title company, everything. If we ever need to move, Im calling the LivingWell Team and I know Ill have as good as an experience then as I did this time.

After choosing Brent to be our realtor he and his wife Deb also listed our home in Frisco.
