I recently was looking for a home in Florida and was starting to feel like I was running out of an opportunity to find a home. After seeing on Zillow an amazing house for my price range I decided to call and see if I could view the property It was exactly what I wanted it almost seemed too good to be true. Since the first conversation I had with leasing agent Ivan he was a joy to deal with. He laid everything out for me to understand and reassured me that he will help me every step of the way in the renting process. He was so so supportive and patient with me even when I asked a million questions and kept telling him I didn’t want to be scammed. He would always get the answers and was very informative even if it wasn’t his scope. Ivan is the type of leasing agent every company should have and I praise his efforts to help all his reszidents. I have leased with Reszi for 2 years now and have had no complaints. Unfortunately, last week my heater stopped working. With the impending cold temps and a baby at home I was worried that the issue would not be resolved in time. When expressing my concerns to customer service manager, Silvia, I felt that my worries were handled with grace and compassion. She made a call and within 10 minutes let me know that she was able to get someone out to fix it same day. She has since checked in on us multiple times to ensure that everything went smoothly with the repair and every time we speak, she is always kind and professional. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with employees that really care about their tenants. Thank you, Sylvia!

Reszi has worked with us on many occasions to fit our families unique needs.Anytime we have an “issue” Sylvia and their in house maintenance team jumps on it. Their account managers have been more than accommodating and communicative.The biggest benefit- they honor their word.They say they’re going to do something and they follow through no matter how late you request it.We were trying to get maintenance on Holidays and after hours and trying to coordinate with sick kiddos and schedules and their team took it into their own hands to help us coordinate instead of just relying on the 3rd party vendor all the time.Prices for renting is insane out here. It’s nice to have someone who genuinely cares and will work with your situation.We are sad to leave this house, but wouldn’t mind renting from Reszi again!Again Sylvia- the customer care team has been OUTSTANDING to us.If you’re in the market to rent .. consider reaching out!

New Reszident here! Were only a week into our lease but I still have a lot to share. Going into this experience with Reszi, my husband and I were a little skeptical. Wed never heard of this company and doing wire transfers was new to us. After much research (and prayer) we decided to move forward, and I must say I am happy we did. We had many questions and everyone we spoke with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they didnt know the answer, they put us in contact with someone who did. Ive talked to several people, but Elizabeth, Emilio, Silvia, Ivan, and Jeremy are just a few who have assisted us on this journey and have given us excellent customer service. We were able to do walk-throughs, sign the lease, make our downpayments, and put in work orders in a very timely manner. Every issue has been addressed and I am confident that this will continue going forward. Thanks Team Reszi!I want to give a special thank you to Dwayne Prater, our maintenance vendor!! He is excellent. Hes patient, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our home needed a few repairs, and he addressed them all in one day! He took care about his work to make sure things were up to his standards. Because of Dwayne and the rest of the Reszi team, I am looking forward to living in our home and I hope that it only gets better.

This review is strictly for Service Tech Eric Osby.Our AC was out for a week & a half. They sent an AC company out 3 times & they stated there was nothing wrong just a hot day. They said they checked everything but couldn’t see an issue. Our house was maxing out at 94-95 degrees for over a week something was definitely wrong. We rented our own ac units but would only go down to 85. Pure misery especially for my toddler.They sent Eric Osby out to give one more good look at the unit/thermostat. And he figured it out & fixed it immediately! It was the outside condensing unit. He replaced it and then waited an hour to make sure that it was actually working. And it did! He also topped off the Freon and repaired a drain pipe for the ac. We are now enjoying the cool house. I will definitely requesting him should another problem arise. Very knowledgeable!

1 year later.Me and my husband have been living here for a year and just signed for 1 more year and I have to say I have not 1 complaint. I can name almost everyone in that office that has jumped immediately to help us when we need it. They fix everything as fast as they can and make sure we are 100% comfortable!Sylvia our manager is amazing and so nice and has the best team!Ivan always makes my day when he answers the phone since day 1 and handles any situation I throw at him.Emilio responds immediately and fixes everything fast and such a friendly soul!Jan and jerame, everytime I send service issues its like 5 minutes later and I have someone calling me saying is it okay if we come todayWeve had horrible experiences in the past with management companies but this team is just amazing and we are more than happy to stay another year here.

This is simply for the maintenance man Eric, he came in a few days ago after they hired a handy man for the fridge. Now that appliance handy man was 3rd party contracted. He did not fulfill the job that Rezi paid him to do. However, Eric came in and fixed everything and did it better than I expected. He was very nice and even cracked a joke or 2 with me. He did have to run out to a store but he still did the job pretty quick and efficiently. Very impressed with his work. Ask for Eric.

Recently we had a struggle with paying our rent. Emilio Ficaccio in credit and collections , was very patient and kind with us. He worked with us and allowed us to pay on our next pay date. Very grateful for Emilio and the team at Reszi Homes.Sylvia has been amazing. We needed a lot of things fixed and I had placed work orders but nothing was getting done. I called and spoke with Sylvia and she quickly and very easily helped us. She is amazing , thank you.Recently Sylvia had helped us again. Something happened with our rental portal and it was saying we owed more than we did. She responded quickly and found a solution. She’s very helpful and we appreciate her hard work .

An honest and fair review, we had some hiccups. The emergency maintenance is not on top of their game and doesn’t always escalate properly. However, when I brought my concerns to the team the higher up manager, Amanda, was very unresponsive. I am not sure if she is/was out of office or what happened. Sylvia took the time to not only review but work towards a fair resolution with me. We didn’t see eye to eye the entire time but she took her job and her role seriously and did what I wanted and felt was best for our family regarding some maintenance issues.All and all I can’t say we would rent with them again, but I can say if we did I would request to only work with Sylvia.I hope they use our experience and interactions as a learning curve to help improve vendors.

I had a problem with the accounting on my ledger and called in for assistance. I spoke to Emilio who was pleasant and empathetic to the situation. Thing is, we pay everything EARLY.But when we paid, we were immediately refunded our payment, and THEN charged a late fee afterwards (yeah, as crazy as that sounds). So, I emailed him my proof while we were talking, and before the end of our conversation, he had informed me of a positive and satisfying solution. Turns out, we were paying Conservice directly (and they dont accept payments). Also, Reszi doesnt see that we paid Conservice. So they thought we hadnt paid at all. I was confused as to WHY we were being hit with a late fee when we paid almost two weeks early. Emilio reviewed the entire scenario, found what had happened and then went the extra mile in sending me an email notifying me of its completion when they removed the late fee. Reszi is lucky to have him, and Im pleased that he was on top of his job! The one star deficit is due to me having the problem in the first place. If Emilio found out WHY it happened and explained what to do for future problem avoidance, then Reszi should be able to have the initial problem alleviated altogether. I hope that one thing it is corrected so it doesnt happen to others. Great job Emilio!

HOWEVER, I ended up with Ms. Sylvia S, and she was the best person ever. I’m recently married and my household tripled overnight. Me and my husband have been looking for a home with no luck. The process has been very difficult and discouraging to say the least. I had the absolute pleasure of being contacted by Ivan in my search. He is very warm, kind and an exceptional person. He gave me hope again in this process. The morning before I was contacted from him I was in a car accident while looking for a home. Only to be turned downed by company who were very rude to me and my husband who is a veteran. I truly thank God for that experience because it allowed me to encounter Ivan. He truly is an asset to this company. I rarely do reviews but I felt the need to share my experience with Reszi. Although it was a holiday, I was able to reach Amanda Trevino the Leasing Director. What directors work on holidays? She took her time in explaining the application to me and my husband all while my kids are being as loud as possible in the background. The home we THOUGHT we were renting from another San Antonio company suddenly wasnt available and we were stressed. Moving an entire family of 7 state to state is stressful enough but after speaking with her I felt calmer. Although the size of home we needed wasnt currently available she offered me some great advice about the city and locations to live in. Its hard to find a 5 bedroom home last minute. I truly wish she had that size home but either way I was meant to find her and this company. Reading through past reviews I see why this company is so popular. They do really care about the people and its difficult for me to see it any other way. Weve lived in many states as a military family and no one has taken the time, even after finding out that she cant meet our needs, to offer information and time. Usually they just say Sorry and hang up. Thank you Amanda for your time and bringing some peace of mind to a very stressed Mom. You are truly a blessing to anyone you come in contact with. You are appreciated.

The home was clean and ready. We submitted a few work orders and they were handled quickly. Moving is such a pain, Ive always hated the process and was NOT looking forward to this one in the least. Its my first time living in a house and I am so glad I chose Reszi! When I arrived at my home with a truck full, I was pleasantly surprised to find the place sparkling clean with everything in its place and ready to move in. Unfortunately, my dishwasher leaked a bit on the first use, but Sylvia was quick to get in an order and make it right. Now I can sit back and enjoy! I started my lease in February, so far so good. Work orders are answered and completed within 2 to 3 days time. Communication during move in process was GREAT! The only downside I see at this time is when rent is due I have to pay close to $60 to process it using my debit card. So moving forward in order to avoid that fee I had to put in my bank account info.UPDATE: Spoke with Amanda this morning regarding the fee, my expectations have been exceeded. If and when we consider moving again we will definitely be sticking with RESZI Homes.

The move in process was really easy and the response time is very quick. My account was hacked and they let me pay my rent on the 15th. They said they would remove the late fees but did not remove them. It was ok because they still let me pay on the 15th. The house I moved into had a really bad leak and it took them over a month to fix it. Then we found out the water heater was clogged and had water all over the garage and started to cause black mode and algae. I have only been in this house since May 1st and I have had a bunch of issues. With all of that being said my portfolio manager Kara Tobar has been nothing but AMAZING. She has helped me with this process and has done her best to make this as easy as possible. She points me in the right directions and checks in to make sure everything is getting done the correct way. She even pushed for the late charges to be dropped. Kara is the only reason I would give Reszi 5 stars.
