It was an awesome experience, we found Preston through Dave Ramsey website.He called us, set up a meeting with us.We had already talked to couple other realtors,But Preston made very good impression on us. We were selling our house, he told us what we should work on and what we shouldn’t.We had listing go public on Friday night, had open house on Saturday and Sunday.The first person came to the open house put an offer and just like that, we sold our house.We were surprised how easy Preston made the whole process for us.
