Please don’t waste your time with anyone other than George if you’re looking to buy or sell a home! This guy is everything you need and more!For starters, George knows his stuff. His paperwork, attention to detail, knowledge of legalities and so on are impeccable. He knows what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and he is on top of things every step of the way.Secondly, he is not going to fluff you up with fancy ideas of getting your dream home, but instead speak reasonably, and yet hopefully to you about the home that you can afford and love. He sat my wife and I down and talked about our lists of wants, but also gave us realistic expectations for the process that lie ahead.Finally, and most importantly, George became like family to us during this process. When things didn’t go exactly how we expected or we experienced a difficult setback, George was there to encourage us, pray for us, and help us keep our hopes up in the midst of a difficult housing market. I cannot explain how valuable this was to me and my family! I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. When we finally closed on our new home, George was there to celebrate with us(which not all realtors do by the way) like it was his own home he was closing on! He even shot a social media video with us that was hilarious!That said, just use George. He’s going to take care of you and your family unlike anyone else.

George was super helpful and communicative, and when he wasn’t available he always had another realtor to back him up. He did a great job setting up our open house and dealing with buyers for our old home. He did a great job managing our relationship with the builder of our new home. I would definitely recommend working with George.

George really makes sure you’re taken care of as clients. We used George both to sell our house and buy a new build. Even after we closed on the new build George made sure to check in regularly to make sure the house was still great and all the small issues from the builder were fixed in a timely manner. We recommend him to everyone looking for a realtor!

Buying/selling a house is very stressful, but George helped us manage that stress by being clear and consistent. He helped keep us focused on what we were looking for and how best to get it. One of the things I appreciated most is that George listened to us throughout the process. I believe thats so important. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at buying/selling their house.

George is very helpful and attentive, as well as honest. As first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what we were doing and he gave us the pros and cons of things. We used him 3 years ago and he still will advise us when needed and has really become a friend as well as a real estate agent.

The thing that sticks out most about my experience with George is that he is truly in your corner. George helped us buy our first home, and sell it three years later down the road. We were so happy with how George treated us when we bought that he was the first person we reached out to when we decided to sell to move out-of-state. Both times, we had problems with different parties involved, and he made it clear what our rights were and fought for us when something wasn’t done right by, for example, the title agency. We had such a rough time with them, and I think if we had any other agent than George, we might have given up altogether.
