Linn Realty provided a great experience for us purchasing our first home. They were quick to respond to our emails, quick to answer our calls/text-7 days a week. They were always available, on time, very professional and personable. They never made my husband and I feel like we were of an inconvenience to them through the multiple of showings. We felt comfortable asking them anything and everything; no question was too dumb. They are very knowledgeable about the market, the process and easily explained it to us step by step. I highly recommend using Linn Realty, Carl and Angie Linn! They truly care and want you to be happy with your purchase. If we ever decide to sell our home and purchase another, Linn Realty will be our first and only choice.

Angie and Carl Linn was hands down the best experience of buying my home. They were both always available for showings and any off the wall questions I might have had. It didnt matter day, night, or weekends they basically held my hand through the whole process. Angie is very knowledgeable of the business and by far is passionate of what she does. Buying a home is very stressfull and there is so much involved and having an agent that was always a step ahead of the game was so relieving. They were always on time and never made me feel of any inconvenience no matter how many showings I sprung on then. The best part of it all was I never felt alone from the time of the showing to the day of closing. I would definitely recommend Angie and Carl Linn to be the Realtor of choice if your looking for your home experience to be of someone real, kind, and knows the business like no other. Its always an amazing feeling to have someone treat you as a friend not just a client or paycheck. Watching their clients find the home of their dreams is truly what they strive for and as Carl stated at my closing when I actually got to meet the lady I bought my house from and she and I shared tears of happiness and saddness, he looked at me and said at the end this is why we love our job. He and Angie actually got teary eyed with me and that is not something you can fake. If I ever buy or sell or know of anyone else that will you better believe I will only ride with the best. I received a response to my initial e-mail within twelve hours and Carl Linn asked intelligent questions to discover not only what budget I was working with but also what exactly I was looking for in my search for land near Kaufman. Linn Realty needed only two days to put together a portfolio of available properties so that I could see all my option in the area.Carl and Angie met us several times at the property we were most interested in, always arriving on time and always demonstrating how informed and professional they both are. We hiked around for a few hours on some cold (and muddy) days in the middle of winter. They were adventurous and good company. They were always patient when I had questions or needed them to get an answer from the listing agent. I felt informed throughout the process and they always communicated with me promptly.Ive bought and sold quite a bit of real estate in my time, and Ive never worked with better realtors that Carl and Angie Linn. They took care of big details, small details, and thought ahead to avoid any issues that could have problematized closing. I wish they had been my realtors during some dealings in years gone by. I gave Linn Realty my business because I found their company on a Google search, but they earned my business and this praise with their consistent excellence.
