Melanie and Matt listed AND SOLD our beautiful home and many of our neighbors homes in Limpia Crossing surprising quickly and for very good prices! They are consummate professionals and we would highly recommend their services to all our neighbors, friends and family wanting to list or purchase property. Their attention to details, personally taking a hands on always available and their wonderful professional photography with drone video, detailed MLS listing and advertising was astonishing as were the results. We honestly feel that we not only gained a great realtor, but also a couple of lifelong friends as we consider them family now!

Melanie was great! She accurately calculated the value of our house so we could set a realistic selling price. Melanie and her husband, the broker, did a drone video of the property to make it show better, because it was 23 acres it was hard to visualize via pictures. But, most importantly, Melanie had our back when the buyer’s attorney made unreasonable demands and we did not think we were going to close. Melanie’s knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Fort Davis and relationships with the title companies, surveyors and inspectors in the area helped resolve the buyer’s attorney’s concerns so we could close on the property. Highly recommend Melanie and Limpia Realty!

Matt and Melanie Blackman of Limpia Realty are very knowledgable about the area, well-connected in the community, personable and very generous with their time. They drove us all over Fort Davis for days, showing us properties and being very honest about the various options. We eventually found the property that was right for us and the Blackmans made the purchase process easy. We are honored that the Blackmans became our first Fort Davis friends and we make the effort to reconnect with them every time we are in town. Melanie was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We’re we’re looking in the Davis Mountains for a small piece of paradise as a 2nd home. We had a lot of questions and she was very familiar with the area. We found a piece of land with a newly dug septic and power but it was too small. However Melanie insisted that we keep our options open and to look at another property below the original one we were looking at. When we saw the place we knew that this was a right fit. With help from Melanie we keep negotiations open and we finally settled on a price. I have highly recommended her to friends at work.

We purchased property in Fort Davis, Texas, working with Melanie Blackman as our real estate agent. She was wonderful to work with. She understood what we were looking for, showed us properties appropriate for us, recommended some mortgage lenders who are familiar with the area, and worked with us to make the offering process and closing smooth and stress free. The experience could not have been better. Even after the sale, she has helped me locate things I need in the area, like utility companies, furniture stores, etc. And on top of all that, she is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. Id give her 6 stars if I could.

Five stars for Limpia Realty only because there was not an option for six stars. I received wonderful and timely advice during the process of shopping for property in the Trans-Pecos region. Limpia Realty represented me and my wife in negotiating the acquisition of our cabin and acreage and have continued to work with us as we continue to shop for additional property. Their approach is very professional and made us feel comfortable being new to the Far West Texas area (we are originally from Dallas/Fort Worth). I cannot recommend them highly enough. There are various unique factors in purchasing property in the area which are easily navigated with their expert assistance.
