Lily Flores is a great, very patient, communicator. We were not in a hurry to buy a new home so we had been working with her for about a year. She understood our timeline and was willing to work with us as long as needed to find our forever home. She understood everything we were looking for in a new home and found several that we were very interested in. She was always available by phone and text, even after hours, holidays, bad weather and all weekends. We could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable realtor. She fully understood the local real estate market and guided us in the right direction throughout the entire process. Once we finally decided on a home to make an offer on, she set us up with an excellent mortgage lender, sent her experts out to address and inspect the roof and foundation at no extra charge to us as well. Overall, she is great and we highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!
