My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Noel both for the second time. Noel is very professional and has numerous years of experience in real estate. She even came out and helped up stage our house with ideas she thought would attract buyers. She worked to get us top dollar on our sell and stuck with us on a tricky buy even after we had closed. She is a great communicator and always seemed available if we had questios. We highly recommend Noel for your real estate needs!

To whom it may concern:I am writing this letter to recommend Amy Corley as a real estate agent. Amy definitely had marketing strategies that we did not consider when we put our house on the market.My husband and I put our house on the market in the Spring of 2023 and the mortgage rates were at their highest (over 8%). We were definitely stubborn about getting a certain price. Amy was very patient with us and she thought outside of the box.With continued inflation, higher interest rates and a potential recession no houses were selling. After 3 months on the market Amy suggested that we list our house with owner financing. After doing so, we were thrilled that we immediately received offers and that we didn’t have to go below the price that we wanted.We are very happy that we chose Amy Corley as our real estate agent.
