I discovered Leslie Lerner Properties from a Google search and didnt know anything about her company. When she listed and sold our house all went exactly as promised on her website. So long as youre OK with unattended buyer viewings (available for an extra fee I think), all other services were completely full service for much, much less than a traditional broker. And unlike some discount brokers, Leslie advised on negotiations and contract terms so we didnt have to do this on our own.

Ive known Leslie for years and when it came time to sell my townhouse, I knew I could count on her. I live out of state which made me a little anxious about trying to sell from 1200 miles away. Leslie made the process amazingly easy, took great photos of my townhouse, helped us come up with an appropriate asking price and got it listed quickly. We sold the townhouse in 36 hours, above asking and for a record price in my complex (for that floorplan)! She had to do extra work because the buyers agent was new to the business. At every step, my interests were protected. Her flat fee was perfect and saved me money. She handled everything with me for closing remotely. Our neighbor told us and recommended Leslie for our home sell agent. We sold our home as we expected. Its very pleasure to work with her. We did enjoy her professional expertise, efficacies and kindness! She is always on the client side, consider and protect her customers in the process of selling their homes. I’m so happy to report that my house sold in record time for a great price and I couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism, knowledge and the way she handled any tough negotiations. We could not be happier with how quickly and efficiently Leslie managed the sale of our home. She responsive, accessible and she made the process painless. If it could be handled electronically- it was; and things that required a phone call were concise and to the point . Exactly how it should be. Leslie had everything under control at all times and negotiated strongly on our behalf. I am not easily impressed, but I was impressed with the outcome and the process.
