I have been renting from LEMC for almost 3 years now. I have never had any problems with them. The building I live in is old, but they have always come and fixed anything within a few days. They have the best rent prices in all of Canyon. I have only spoken to Donnie once or twice, and he wasnt rude to me at all. I dont know about other peoples experiences, but mine havent been bad personally. I guess well see how that goes when we finally move, but for the past 2 1/2 years, things have been pretty all good over all.

Very friendly people. I am renting a home through them and let me tell you best experience with renting I’ve ever had!! They get things fixed if anything happens and are fast about it. Renting price is reasonable and can pay through the app which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend going through here if you are on the market!

We moved in to one of their rentals on July 1st, and although there has been a few minor issues they have been prompt and courteous in getting them taken care of! So far this team has been amazing! :)
