HIGHLY recommend Erin Isaac! We first met Erin in 2023 when we were looking for a new rental house and she was available anytime we needed her, working hard to help us find the right fit. When some unforseen circumstances arose and we decided to move in with family instead for help with our newborn baby Erin continued a relationship with us- even coming by when our baby girl was born and bringing us lunch just to check in and see how we were doing. She became more than just our real estate agent; she became our friend too. Finally earlier this year when we were ready to not only rent but BUY our first home we knew there was no one else we needed to call. As first time home buyers who didnt understand the process AT ALL, Erin explained everything to us in a way we could understand as well as showed up for us at every house we looked at. She went to bat for us multiple times and had our backs when our lender didnt give us the best advice. There were many a nights Erin was on the phone with us talking us off a ledge. Angela Franklin was our hero this summer!! We were in no way looking to purchase a home until we saw a house listing at 8pm one night and called her and asked “how do we get this house”. Angela immediately jumped into the deep end with us and did everything in here power to try to get us that home. In the end we lost out, but it started a nearly 6 month journey together. Angela worked nonstop with us to find us what we were looking for at the price we wanted. She stayed on top of everything at all times and ultimately got us into the home we have now. Then we began the selling half of the journey. We had no prior experience on selling a home and Angela walked us through every step and was honest the whole way through on expectations and the reality of each situation. My wife and I first met Amanda Easley in 2021. At the time, we lived in Aledo and were considering moving into Fort Worth. We met Amanda at an open house in West Fort Worth, and she offered her expertise to help us find a house. There was no pressure at all, she just handed us her business card and said to call her with any questions that we may have. Suffice to say, we loved talking to her, and we called her later that week and asked her to help us find a house to buy in Fort Worth. At that time, the housing market went crazy and we ended up stopping our house search after a few months. Over the next few years, Amanda would periodically reach out to us to see how we were doing and to see if there was anything she could do for us. Again, no pressure. Just a friendly hello to keep in touch. Fast forward to 2024. My wife and I finally decided to sell our Aledo house and move out of state. We asked Amanda to represent us on selling our house of 28 years. And thus, the journey began. My wife and I hadn’t sold a house in 28 years, and we were very apprehensive about the whole process. This was a big deal for us. Amanda patiently guided us through every step of the process. We asked lots of question, and she answered every one of them quickly and in great detail, no matter how busy she was. Amanda and her team stepped us through the entire process of how to get a house ready to sell. And mind you, the intent was to sell the house at top dollar and to get multiple offers quickly. Originally, prior to getting the house ready to show, we had converged on a suggested list price. But after a course of 2 months to get the house ready to show, we had decided on a higher sales price just prior to listing. The house was listed on a Friday, and after many showings over the weekend, we received 4 offers, and 2 were over list price. My wife and I were ecstatic. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could sell our house that quickly while getting about $85k more for the sales price than we thought we could ever get. Now to be clear, the reason that everything worked out so well is because of Amanda and the team she led. Our experience working with Amanda has been amazing. If anyone asks who I would recommend to help them sell their house in the Fort Worth area, I will send them to Amanda.

I would be negligent if I did not provide a five star rating for the Staging Process and the keen eye of their interior decoration in the staging of our home.It was a fairly new process for us and the technical terminology that was used in our emails or phone conversations couldve been more explained. I was told that, everything was negotiable, but I was not guided at the points where that could have occurred.My real estate agent, Amanda was very thoughtful, always available to us and kept us updated on our showings and what may have been required or needed along the way. I met Ashley Dilling because our boys were in Cross Country at Paschal together and had become friends. When Covid19 became a concern, Aubrey made sure to wear a mask and maintain proper social distancing with us even when she was showing us homes. She worked around our schedule, and made sure we consistently had options when it came to new homes to view without ever making us feel pressured to make a decision. We always felt like she was our ally in the process, and wanted to help us find the perfect home for our needs. She was very honest about the things she noticed when touring houses, and definitely pointed out some big concerns when we were viewing some possible bad investments. When we finally found our dream home, Aubrey helped us write a great offer that fit perfectly with our budget. And when our offer wasn’t accepted, Aubrey helped us pick ourselves back up and get back into the game. Eventually, Aubrey helped us find a builder that could build a home for us! She stayed involved the entire time, and was constantly communicating with us and the builder to make sure all of our concerns were being addressed during the build. I swear, she’s like magic. No joke - every time we talked to Aubrey, we got a call about our issues being fixed within hours. Even now that we’ve closed on our home and moved in, Aubrey is still checking up on us and helping us with things. I cannot speak highly enough about her.
