What an incredible experience it was listing with Chelsea at Land Unlimited. Chelsea listed a raw land parcel about 45 minutes outside of Austin, and shortly after putting it on the MLS, we had the offer we were looking for. Not only was she able to get us a nice offer, but I truly felt represented every step of the way. I could tell she had my best interests at heart. Also, I need to comment on her communication. Sometimes it can be a challenge getting updates from realtors, and Chelsea was proactive about giving updates before I even needed to reach out. If you have rural Texas land you want to sell, I can’t recommend Chelsea and Land Unlimited enough!
