I needed to sell my waterfront lot recently, and I reached out to several land agents in the area to assist with this. Out of all the inquiries, Land Company of Texas (LCoT) impressed me the most from the initial phone interview. They came across very professional and ready with a land valuation price for my lot during the call. I appreciated the upfront land valuation because it showed me that they knew the area, and how long other lots in the area were on the market. I also liked the brand name and website which I believe helped me later in the process.Getting started was very easy, and all my questions were answered each time I reached out. They are very responsive to email and text if you are busy and cant speak over the phone.The initial listing agreement was executed remotely with eSignatures. Long story short, I got my full asking price, and my lot was under contract about a week after listing. LCoT went over the TREC contract with me before I eSigned to make sure I knew what I was signing. After a few items were completed on the buyers end, a mobile notary was coordinated with me and the title company as the final step.Overall, the process was very easy for someone new to the whole process, and I would absolutely do business again with LCoT in the future.

We recently engaged Laura Gilmore to arrange for purchase of Lot 7 at Hidden Shores, Cisco, TX. She was always prompt, professional, and a generous source of information. This was particularly important as we were out-of-state buyers with little knowledge of the Texas real estate market. We would engage her again if we were considering another real estate purchase.

Matt and Laura represented us in the sale of our home in Eastland TX. We had an opportunity to move to TN. to be closer to family and basically turned it over to them. The entire sale, negotiations and closing was done on the phone and computer while we were enjoying grandchildren in Nashville. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their knowledge of the values of property as well as their core of customers make it a win win for all involved!

My wife and I were fortunate to be initially introduced to Laura Gilmore via phone and internet by my brother and his wife. They had previously bought a home in Eastland Texas, and had utilized Lauras help during their search and eventual closing. At the time I was in California and in the process of retiring. I spoke many times on the phone with Laura about my wifes and my preferences in a home in either Eastland or Callahan county. Laura provided many home possibilities to me via phone conversations and emails. She also gave me additional information about the various towns, amenities, utilities, etc. in the areas. My brother and sister-in-law were able to schedule and view a number of homes on our behalf with Laura at convenient times and on short notice. I received timely feedback on the homes shown from both Laura and from my brother and sister-in-law. Extremely helpful since I was 1500 miles away! When I decided on a home, I flew to DFW, met Laura at the Cisco home, and was able to view the house and large yard before returning to California. In short order, Laura helped me immensely with her information and direct involvements with the seller, sellers agent, and title company. Lauras help with aspects of the offer, paperwork, financial transactions, and title company activities were very much appreciated. Laura is a pleasant, talented, and expert real estate agent who provided me and my wife with exceptional support in the purchase of our forever home. We were very fortunate to have had her help.
