Lake and Hills Realty was the kind of company you hope to get every time. We interviewed quite a few representatives from other companies, but chose Jill out of them all. She was personable and knowledgeable, but never pushy. We put our mothers home on the market at a time with a really bad decline in sales, but she persevered and it took 8 months to sell, but she didnt give up. She always said it will take just the right person to see it and thats exactly what happened. You will not be disappointed if you use this company or Jill as their rep.

We were looking for a large lot where a manufactured home could be installed in the Burnet area. Jill Decker was much help since she had such a lot for sale near Lake Buchanan. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate in the wide area of Burnet and Llano counties. She answered all our questions and helped us through the process of the purchase. She supplied all supporting information such as permit information and forms, and contacts of several companies that would be needed in installing the home.
