    Ive lived here for a couple of years now and Im very happy. Maintenance and the property manager are very kind and attentive. They take great care of the property and tenants, and the bad reviews saying otherwise are ridiculous. This is a great place to live!

    Honestly the landlord is great! I really enjoy just working with her instead of a ton of people in the office. I’ve also really enjoyed my stay here at Lakehill and would most definitely rent again from the landlord. The area is beautiful and tucked off in to a quiet neighborhood. Everyone who lives here is nice and clean. And I’ve seen the same familiar faces for awhile now. The backyard is the best part.

    Good rate, nice townhomes!The property manager, Janet, is extremely friendly and easy to work with when you need something done.Some units have a great view of the lake, but the lake is owned by another community so residents arent allowed on.Be aware that the garage units and outdoor areas have a decent number of spiders (nothing dangerous, though).

    Janet in the office has been wonderful. We moved in this month and she has been responsive and has worked with us regarding minor repairs we have needed. I recommend this place to anyone!
