Kimberly Tillman was instrumental in brokering a deal while I was living out of state and planning a move to Texas. Needless to say, it was quite nerve wracking, and I cannot express how much Kimberly went out of her way to make sure it was as painless as possible. She worked diligently with the seller to finalize changes on the new build we wanted as well keeping track of everything entailed in this process.
