Lacy is one of a kind. She was there for family who had been looking to sell. As first time sellers they had lots of questions and concerns and Lacy answered all and made them comfortable with the entire process. The house sold very quickly. I highly recommend Lacy, she is patient and willing to help you find the home of your dreams as well as sell your home. Puts her clients needs/wants first and foremost.

Lacy deserves 6 stars!!! We had been watching real estate listings in North/Northeast Texas for nearly two years and we hit the jackpot when we connected with Lacy. Lacy was so patient with us as we started with a very WIDE search and finally narrowed it down to a specific area. We live out of state and she was terrific about keeping us updated . When we finally had time to spend a few days in Texas, she set up all the showings that we requested. She was such a trooper allowing us time to see so many types of properties in a variety of areas as well as getting us any additional information that would be helpful. She is a wealth of information! If we had a question that she didn’t have the answer to, she would go out of her way to get the answer. When we finally had a contract, Lacy continued to be pro-active every step of the way making sure that everything was in order as well as following up on issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing. She is courteous, responsive, professional and treats her clients with the utmost respect. We wouldn’t use anyone else for buying or selling real estate.
