My husband and I first worked with Lacy when we were going to move here about a year ago and were looking for a house to rent. We were going to be flying in from out of town and had limited time. She immediately impressed me from the first phone conversation when she started asking nuanced questions about what we were looking for. When we flew in, she had an organized binder ready with an itinerary with the multiple properties wed be visiting each day along with their listing sheet with details. As we moved through the houses, she began to pick-up on things we liked and didnt. When we finally decided on a property, she had everything done efficiently, including coming to our hotel the day we were flying back out to get the documents signed so nothing would be left to do.She knew that our intention was to rent with the possibility of buying after we had a better understanding of Tyler real estate. She set up a filter in the listing database so I could stay informed about properties that would potentially interest us and then told me to contact her whenever we were ready. In the interim, she never pressured us to start looking or pushed anything.Once we were ready to start looking to purchase, she again was super organized. She would incorporate a mix of houses I had expressed interest in as well as houses she thought we may like. She is so intuitive that it got to a point where it felt like she was reading my mind as we were doing walk throughs. After I first toured the house we ultimately ended up purchasing, Lacy somehow knew that I had liked it (more than I even realized at the time!) and so she independently went back on her own the following day and started pulling more information. When I called her a few days later telling her I thought I wanted to see it again, she was ready with all the details!She is great at communicating and responded to my texts day and night. When it came time to make the offer and go through the closing process, she, again, was quick to have all the inspections and paperwork done. As first-time home buyers, her guidance was invaluable and she made the process as painless as possible.There is zero doubt that Lacy always had our best interest at heart.In addition to being excellent at her job, Lacy is a very warm, sweet person. She is so easy to talk to. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Had a wonderful experience. She took the time to explain and guide me through the entire process. She treats you with respect and I recommend her to anyone one that is trying to purchase a home or lots. Gladly do business with her in the future.
