Lacy worked with my husband and I over a span of 2 years to find a suitable home for us. This was no easy feat especially after Covid and then the rise in interest rates. Lacey learned what we wanted and ultimately found a home that was perfect for us. Lacy has been supportive even after the purchase by giving us names of local professionals to do repairs, painting etc. She has always responded to any, and every one, of our requests. We have bought several homes over our life span and I can honestly say she is the best real estate agent we have ever had.

Lacey is a great real state professional! Since we started working with her, it was clear she knew what she was doing. The process of listing and selling the house was flawless, and she guided us perfectly through each step. Lacey is one of the best realtors in town! She was very helpful and understanding of our specific buying situation. She really tried to learn what we were looking for and find things that were applicable instead of throwing random houses from a list at us. Lacey was an extremely helpful real estate agent for us in our most recent selling and buying of a home in B/CS. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She was helpful throughout the selling process in getting us set up for success through not only suggestions of updates to do to the home, but lining up contractors to help us out to do the work.On the buy side, she was patient and helpful in finding the right home for us. We ended up building and she was eagerly giving us updates on the progress of the house throughout the build. Lacey Hogan sold my parents’ home in College Station, and my experience with her can be simply summarized with four words: outstanding in every way. She was working with my parents’ trust company and the title agency, and she instantly forwarded me their pertinent conversations as they talked by email. Her suggestions for what to do to fix up the house were spot on. We didn’t want to do an estate sale, so she recommended an excellent charity to come and take away the belongings after I removed sentimental items. The cleanup crew she recommended showed up on time and scrubbed the house from top to bottom. The photographer she recommended took wonderful, high-resolution pictures and passed them along to me, so now I can keep the memories of what my childhood home looked like forever. We listed one of our investment properties with her prior to the COVID situation, and despite COVID and a surprise expensive repair in the initial inspection process, Lacey was creative in assisting with getting the deal closed after multiple offers on the property.We were also impressed with the comparables she selected along with her marketing plan for our property. Even with COVID we ended up within the expectation range of sales price that she set - something we couldnt seem to get from other agents in the initial interview process.From one business professional to another, I cant recommend her enough!
