Thank you Krista for taking me through the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, Krista was excellent at answering all of my questions. She was always available and quick to respond to inquiries. EVERYTHING was new to me and she was great at preparing me on what to expect next. Her experience proved to be very valuable as she was able to advise me based on her roles as a buyers agent and listing agent. Krista Owens is the realtor you need & want. She listed our home and also helped us purchase our new forever home. Krista went way and above helping us sell our home and buying our new home. She was with us all the way and stayed in touch with us constantly. I could reach out to her about anything and everything that I had questions on. When a house we put a bid on fell thru and no other homes matching our requirements were available in the community we wanted, she looked back in the records and found a home that was not listed. Krista reached out to the homeowner who was still interested in selling and we ultimately bought this home (which was even nicer than the home we lost). Krista will work extremely hard for you, is not pushy and extremely honest and dependable. You wont go wrong hiring Krista to list or sell you a home. Hire Krista Owens!

Krista did a phenomenal job negotiating our transaction. She was always exceptionally responsive, very plugged into the local Plano community, extremely knowledgeable about the industry and ultimately always represented our interests. And we ended up getting the house for under asking in a crazy, multiple-offer, over-ask real estate market last year. She’s a star! We highly recommend her.

Krista spent several months working hard to help us find a home. The home we were looking for was out of town and Krista did many FaceTime showings for us as well as in person showings. She was patient with us , very knowledgeable about the area we were looking and had a lot of great input helping us make our decision.We also listed our home with Krista and she staged the home, created the listing and sold our home in less than a week.I highly recommend her for both your buying and selling needs.
