I would HIGHLY recommend Kourtney as a realtor for both buying and selling your home. My former neighbor referred me to Kourtney when my husband and I were thinking about selling our home. From thaw first meeting I knew she would be our realtor. We told her we were praying and would let her know when we were ready. She never bugged us but was always available to answer questions. And when it was time to sell we were stuck at the hip. Literally. She saved me soooo much money from updating things that wouldn’t get us a return on our investment. She went the extra mile every time and sold our home quickly! Then when it was time to buy it was no different. She prayed with us and for us and she always answered our calls. We sold and bought our new home with Kourtney and we have found a friend and forever realtor.
