Lauren Hartnett has been an absolute godsend during our house buying process!As first time home buyers, we really did not know anything about the process. We had plenty and plenty of questions and requests.She was absolutely judgement free and incredibly supportive. All houses shown were within budget and had what we’re looking for.We ended up buying at a MUCH lower price than our original budget, but there was no judgement or push to go any higher. Still, Lauren was as helpful and diligent as if we bought a more expensive house.Most of all, she is a realtor with morals and knowledge.She is someone you can trust and has a conscience when dealing with people.Obviously highly recommend!My long praise is a testament to her good work.

My wife and I were looking to move into a home better suited for our growing family. Once we found the house that we both fell in love with, Lauren Hartnett helped us every step of the way. From the very first meeting we could tell she was on our side, and interested in more than just making the deal. She listened to us, answered every question (no matter how big or small), recommended good people for inspections, repairs, and everything in-between. When we had concerns with different parts of the process, she actually paid attention and worked with us to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Without Laurens help, I firmly believe we would not have been able to get through this as smoothly as we did. We would 100% recommend her to anyone on the market for a home. On top of her great skills as an agent, she is also a genuinely nice person, who took an interest in us as more than just clients, but as people. We cant express how grateful we are to have had her in our corner.

There are not enough stars available to express the level of service that Lauren provided. We met Lauren a few years ago at an open house and she checked in on us periodically while she patiently waited for us to be ready. Throughout the process she was honest, reliable, hard working and kind. She was patient through our freak out moments and kept us on course for a smooth close. She never made us feel like we were just a commission. She knows her stuff and if she doesn’t know something, she admits it and QUICKLY finds out. This is not our first rodeo but by far the best one. She is an absolute gem…an all around fabulous person and a huge blessing!

Lauren Harnett was amazing. We are pretty picky and like to see a lot of options before committing to anything. She was so good about setting up our schedule for the day and being flexible as we had a baby to work around and my husband having a crazy schedule. She always made herself available for us. Shes down to earth and so fun to be around. She made viewing houses FUN. She is very knowledgeable and very good at her job. If you want someone to get things done this is your girl! Lauren Hartnett was truly a God send. Our house needed to go on the market quickly and we needed it to sell quickly. From day one Lauren was dependable, an amazing communicator, honest and determined! Lauren took it upon herself to tidy up and rearrange in order to get the best listing pictures. She hosted an open house nearly every weekend until it was under contract, and worked fairly with us through the process. Our house was listed around November 16th, under contract within a month, closed and funded January 11th! I highly recommend Lauren for all real estate needs!

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate Corpus Christi, TX and what a tremendous realtor Tara is. Tara and the behind the scenes work of her team go above and beyond anything I have encountered or expected in real estate. I am in the U.S. Coast Guard and recently moved from Southern California to Corpus Christi and I knew I wanted to buy a home at my new duty station in South Texas. I started the process of buying a home soon after I received orders to Corpus and luckily found Tara at KM Premier to begin my home search. The home search was made even more difficult, in my mind anyways, as I was not able to make a trip to house shop in person due to the pandemic and military travel restrictions. Tara made this process easy and accommodating as she more than willingly went to several homes making videos of each to send over for me to view. This was more work than you think as I am very indecisive and was going through a very difficult time personally, mind you this was the first home purchase in my life done all digital. But Tara handled everything with the utmost professionalism with every hiccup I thought I could send her way, from putting down earnest money on two brand new build homes, to making offers on two different homes. I also love Tara’s none candid style as she has no problem telling you her opinion, but in the end, she wants the best home for you that you will be happy with. With her experience previously as once an active duty military spouse and the way she was already setup positioned Tara seamlessly and ahead of her competitors into the pandemic era of house shopping. Everything was digital from E-Sign, which is so simple to use, to actual feet on the ground with Tara viewing homes, taking videos sending them via text and posting to YouTube, or even live FaceTime. The responsiveness from Tara is impeccable as well with the majority of communication/questions/comments being answered within an hour if not much shorter along with ample heads up if she were going to be unavailable. If you are in the military being stationed in Corpus Christi, do yourself a favor and use Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate. They have the specialty knowledge to make your transition to Corpus as easy as possible in anyway or direction you choose whether that is a home purchase or renting. For locals to Corpus Christi, again, do yourself a favor and use Tara with KM Premier Real Estate as she has lived here long enough to be the best match for you with a good network of contacts for anything you need during your home search.
